Changing bags, sleep sacks, Oeko-Tex double gauze — a like-for-like rebuild of the made-in-France baby care store on Theme FullStack, delivered by The Deployer.
Preserve every detail of a highly personalized experience
Visual menu by collection (Comme un bonbon, Effet lin, Léopard) with very specific typography, spacing and presentation, color swatches on product pages and in filters, collection pages organized by color (camel, beige, pink, leopard...), slide cart with progress bar, store locator, Bebel Mag — every element had to be reproduced identically.
Zero regressions on a complex site
The migration had to preserve color-based collection URLs, the alt-text-driven color swatch logic, the loyalty program, and the Alma BNPL 2X-3X and Judge.Me integrations — with no SEO regression and no break in the customer experience.
Give the in-house team its autonomy
The Bebel team wanted to take back control of the site: editing sections, evolving content, managing visual elements without going through a developer every time.
Bebel is 7 years of building a premium made-in-France baby care brand: “Comme un bonbon” changing bags (a best-seller since 2017), sleep sacks, bath capes, swaddles, personalizable pajamas, changing mats — baby's entire wardrobe in Oeko-Tex double gauze. The site reflected that richness: a highly crafted visual menu organized by collection, collection pages filtered by color, a slide cart with progress bar, Bebel Mag, a store locator, Alma BNPL, Judge.Me and a loyalty program.
The goal of the rebuild wasn't to change the experience — it worked. It was to migrate that capital onto a FullStack foundation: faster, more consistent, and fully controllable by the team without technical intervention.
Bebel is a French baby care brand founded in 2017, manufactured in France — partly in a work-integration facility in Marseille — and in Portugal. Oeko-Tex fabrics, color-organized collections, a loyalty program, Bebel Mag, a store locator: a brand that built a strong universe, layer by layer.
The golden rule of a successful migration: don't start from scratch. We first faithfully replicated the existing setup to protect performance, then leveraged FullStack's native capabilities to eliminate friction points.
Custom theme with no autonomous editing
Highly crafted menu, but hard to evolve without a dev
Third-party apps for some features (color swatches, loyalty)
No global visual consistency across sections
Dependencies for every content or style change
Visual menu reproduced identically on FullStack
Native color swatches in filters and product pages
Slide cart with shipping progress bar
Color-based collection pages preserved
Integrated store locator
Centered, fully functional Bebel Mag
Alma BNPL, Judge.Me and loyalty program integrated
Footer with active accordions
Mapping of all components, UX behaviors, and active apps. Identification of friction points and native opportunities.
Faithful reconstruction — same structure, same content, same information architecture — on the FullStack foundation.
The cart managed by a third-party app is replaced by a native FullStack component. Reduced JS conflicts and immediate performance gains.
Alma BNPL integration (2X-3X interest-free), Judge.Me with a native template for customer reviews, loyalty program (displayed only on its dedicated page), store locator, centered Bebel Mag, trust-badge row with chat icon.
Post-review fixes from Maxime (color swatches, alignments, slider bullets, comparison table) and Sarah's feedback (mobile/desktop menu, slide cart, footer accordions, best sellers without ATC button, native language switcher). Final delivery signed off on February 25, 2026.
The FullStack Theme is not a generic theme. It is 6 years of expertise condensed into a single codebase — 100% proprietary and built for performance.
Every feature is built natively into the theme. No conflicting third-party apps, no asynchronous loading, no hidden technical debt.
FullStack is 100% proprietary code — not a third-party base, not a fork. It is the culmination of 6 years of cross-functional expertise: Shopify development, CRO, UX design, A/B testing, analytics, marketing, and human psychology.
Migration empowers teams to iterate independently without external dependencies. Every FullStack update automatically enhances your store.
“Bebel had invested in every detail of its customer experience — custom menu, bespoke slide cart, color-based collection pages. FullStack made it possible to preserve all of it on a healthy, maintainable technical foundation.”
